engine, and 1.4 TSi ACT.
Contain the essential tool for the camshaft locking, the
crankshaft replacement, and the timing belt replacement.
Secure the camshaft when checking and adjusting the valve
timing. Use for locking the camshaft on the vehicle equipped
with 1.4 TFSi engine.
From 2012 VAG introduces a new version of 1.4 TFSi petrol
engine. This new engine is equips with CoD (Cylinder on
Demand) technology that the engine switches between 2
and 4 cylinder running modes to maximize the efficiency.
The new engine designs for the new camshaft locking tool.

Introduction:
The timing kit is suitable for 1.2/1.4 TFSi and 1.4/1.6 FSi engines.
The kit contains the essential tool for TDC positioning tool,
camshaft setting plate and tensioner locking pin.

Introduction:
Suitable for 3.0 liter V6 petrol engine. Kit contains the camshaft and
crankshaft setting, and the locking tool, plus the camshaft sprocket
adjusting tool and the tensioner retaining pins.

The comprehensive kit requires for service work on the timing chain, the cylinder
head, the HP pump and the engine timing application on VAG 2.7D - 3.0D TDi V6 and 4.2D TDi V8 common rail diesel engines.
The kit includes HP pump sprocket remover and requires the locking pin, it also includes the tool to cover later 3.0D TDi V6 and 4.2D
TDi V8 common rail second generation engines.
