Introduction:
AT1673 kit includes the engine timing belt replacement tool for 2.0
and 2.5 variants of KV6 quad cam engine in MG Rover 825, 45
and 75 MGZS & MGZT/ZT-T (160/180) and Land Rover Freelander
models. KV6 quad cam engine evolves over a number of years,
and the original version uses a different timing tool combination
to the later engine variant. However, some of the timing tools are
common to the application.
Rover KV6 engine has a front timing belt and two rear camshaft
belts, and replacement of 3 belts is required in the kit.

The set contains flywheel locking tools and camshaft
locking pin for the engine timing and the timing belt replacement on Land Rover 2.2D TD4, Volvo 2.0D and Ford 2.0/2.2 TDCi engines.

The set comprises flywheel locking pin (threaded) and camshaft
locking pin to cover the engine timing in Land Rover TD5 engine in
Defender and Discovery models.

Design execution engine rebuilding or changing the cam chain,
locked position, the timing camshaft and crankshaft

Length: 650 mm
Replace fan clutch assembly in Land Rover vehicle.
Long and thin design is for easier working in the narrow space.
