Introduction:
Essential tool for timing chain work on Mercedes Benz 1.7D, 2.1D, 2.2D, 2.7D, 3.0D, 3.2D, 3.9D and 4.0D CDi diesel engines. The link separating tool and the link assembly tool allow for quick and easy separation and assembly of the timing chain. May also be used on some Chrysler/Jeep 2.2D, 2.7D and 3.0D CRD diesel engines.

The basic position of the camshaft for a 40 crank angle after
top dead center.

The retaining device makes it possible to position the
camshaft in the installed position, and it is also for turning,
installing, and removing the crankshaft pulley.

Specifically design for Mercedes Benz vehicle fits with the
chain drive 1.8/2.1 CDi diesel engine (engine code pre-fix
651).

Specifically design for vehicle fits with the chain drive 1.6/2.0 direct
injection petrol engine. The engine is found in the latest A, B, CLA,
C and E class vehicles.
Due to the type of construction uses on the engine that camshaft
needs to be clamped in the place to allow dismantling and
assembly of the cylinder head.
Design to allow removal and assembly of the camshaft.

This retaining device is designed for positioning the camshaft
in 30 degree TDC position.
AT1903
Special design aligns the camshaft timing angle for the
correct position.

Special design aligns the camshaft timing angle for the
correct position.
AT0021
Introduction:
Locks diesel pump cam to maintain timing during pump installation. Enables the injection pump timing to be set.
